Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal dark chocolates, we are unable to accept returns on food items; however, your satisfaction is our priority and we will gladly replace any damaged or incorrect orders. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a quality claim for your luxury confections.
Return Process

Upon arrival, carefully check your chocolate collection for any damage or discrepancies caused during transit.
- 2.Document the Issue
Take clear photographs of the product and its original packaging to help our quality assurance team understand the concern.
- 3.Contact Concierge
Email our support team with your order number and the photos of your delivery to request a replacement or credit.
- 4.Resolution Delivery
Once approved, we will expedite a fresh shipment of your Velour chocolates or issue a store credit to your account.
